Refund Policy

At Lucy’s Fragrance, we take great care in offering high-quality fragrances and personal service. Due to the nature of fragrance products and for health and safety reasons, all fragrance sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will gladly work with you to make it right through a replacement or store credit, when applicable.

Orders that have not yet been shipped may be eligible for cancellation at our discretion.
